Royal44 Terms & Syarat — Platform Usage Terms
This document contains the terms and conditions of use for the royal44 platform. Please read this document in full before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the royal44 platform — whether via web browser, mobile application, or any other access method provided — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and royal44 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The royal44 platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 and above. You confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the royal44 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. royal44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
Each new account may be subject to an identity verification process before full access is granted, including the ability to make withdrawals. You agree to provide the required verification documentation when requested by the royal44 support team.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to temporarily block or suspend your account if suspicious activity is detected, in order to protect your account.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the royal44 platform agree to comply with all of the following usage rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as any other action we deem necessary.
- Not to use the platform for any activity that is unlawful under any applicable jurisdiction.
- Not to attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the security or operation of the platform through any technical means.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Not to manipulate or attempt to manipulate game outcomes or payment systems through any fraudulent means.
- Not to register an account using false information or another person's identity.
- Not to use the account on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party without express authorisation from royal44.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. royal44 makes no guarantees or representations regarding the legality of platform use in any particular jurisdiction.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the royal44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved local payment methods, including but not limited to FPX, major Malaysian online banking, and selected e-wallets.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it. Use of a third-party payment method without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Royal44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification documents or proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard protective measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
- Deposit: Processed immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation from the payment service provider.
- Withdrawal: Processed within the timeframe stated at the time of application, subject to successful account verification.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method and account status.
- Transaction cancellation: Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed. Any transaction issues must be reported to customer support within 24 hours.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The royal44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. royal44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to technical maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, royal44's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Royal44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspicion of fraud, game manipulation, or illegal activity involving the account.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Discovery that the user is below the minimum required age of 18.
- Receipt of information that the user has enrolled in a self-exclusion programme.
For account closures that do not involve a serious breach, any remaining balance in a verified account will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process, subject to deduction of any outstanding or disputed amounts.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the royal44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software, and overall design — is the exclusive property of royal44 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without express written permission from royal44.
Third-Party Links & Services
The royal44 platform may integrate services from third-party providers such as game suppliers, payment providers, and analytics providers. royal44 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or service practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms separately.
Amendments & Governing Law
Royal44 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates.
